What days do you operate?
We operate 7 days a week to match your council collection schedule. We'll coordinate timing based on your local pickup day and ensure bins are out well before the collection window.
What happens on public holidays when collections change?
We monitor council holiday collection schedules and adjust our service dates accordingly. You don't need to do anything - we handle the changes automatically and notify you of any schedule shifts.
Can you clean the bins as well?
Yes, we offer bin sanitisation as an add-on service. After collection, we can rinse bins with sanitising solution and deodorise them. Most clients opt for monthly bin cleaning, though fortnightly is recommended in summer.
What if a bin is damaged or missing?
We report any damage or missing bins to you immediately and can coordinate replacement through your local council. For strata properties, we keep the strata manager informed of all bin-related issues.
Do you handle large strata buildings with many bins?
Yes, some of our largest clients have 20+ bins across multiple waste streams. We manage the logistics, ensure all bins are placed in the correct kerbside location, and return them to designated storage spots.
Can you place hard rubbish items kerbside on collection days?
Yes, we can coordinate hard rubbish placement as an add-on service. We'll move approved items to the kerbside on your scheduled council hard rubbish collection day.
