We work closely with strata managers and committees. This includes providing detailed proposals for AGM approval, staging work to minimise resident impact, providing regular progress updates, and handling all resident communications about access and scheduling.

For high-traffic zones like lobbies, stairwells, and corridors, we use washable, scuff-resistant coatings that maintain their appearance longer. We also offer epoxy coatings for car parks and warehouse floors, and anti-graffiti coatings for exposed surfaces.

Yes, we use spectrophotometer colour matching to precisely match existing colours. This is essential for partial repaints where new work needs to blend seamlessly with existing surfaces. We keep colour records for future reference.

Exterior preparation includes high-pressure cleaning, scraping loose paint, treating mould and algae, filling cracks and defects, sealing raw surfaces, and applying appropriate primer systems. For rendered buildings, we also check for and repair render cracks before painting.

Yes, we provide 2-5 year workmanship warranties depending on the project scope and coating system. Premium coating systems come with extended manufacturer warranties. All warranty terms are documented in our completion certificates.
