What qualifies as an emergency?

Do you charge more for after-hours emergencies?
Our emergency call-out fee applies 24/7, $150 for attendance and the first 30 minutes. After-hours work (6pm-7am, weekends, public holidays) is charged at standard emergency rates without excessive surcharges.
Can you provide documentation for insurance claims?
Yes, we photograph all damage, provide detailed reports of the emergency and work performed, and issue invoices suitable for insurance submissions. We can also liaise with your insurer if needed.
Do you do permanent repairs or just temporary fixes?
Emergency visits focus on making the situation safe and preventing further damage. We then schedule permanent repairs during business hours when we can bring the right materials and tradespeople. In many cases, permanent repairs can be completed within 24-48 hours.
