Are your plumbers fully licensed?
Yes, every plumber on our team holds a current Victorian Building Authority plumbing licence and is registered. We also carry $20 million public liability and WorkCover insurance.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
Our $99 call-out covers travel, diagnosis, and a minor repair if possible. If bigger work is needed, the call-out fee is absorbed into the quoted job price so you're never paying twice.
Can you work on weekends or after hours?
Absolutely. We offer Saturday and after-hours appointments at competitive rates. For genuine emergencies, we have plumbers available 7 days a week.
Do you provide a warranty on plumbing work?
All labour carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties on parts and fixtures (typically 5-10 years) apply on top of that.
How quickly can you get to me?
For standard bookings, we aim for next-day service. Same-day appointments are available if you call before 10 am. Emergency burst pipes are prioritised within 60-90 minutes.
Can you handle bathroom renovations?
Yes - from rough-in plumbing to final fixture installation. We coordinate with tilers and electricians so your renovation runs smoothly from start to finish.
