How often does a pool need servicing?
Fortnightly is the minimum for maintaining proper water chemistry. During summer or with heavy use (kids, parties), weekly service keeps water consistently crystal clear and safe. In winter, monthly may suffice for unheated pools.
Do you supply the chemicals?
Yes, standard chemicals (chlorine, acid, alkalinity increaser, stabiliser) are included in our regular service pricing. Specialty products like phosphate remover or metal sequestrant are charged separately at cost.
My pool has gone green - can you fix it?
Absolutely. Green pool recovery is one of our most common call-outs. Depending on severity, we can restore a green pool to swimmable condition within 3-5 days through shock treatment, filtration, and chemical balancing.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes, saltwater, chlorine, mineral, and magnesium pools all require different chemical management. We're experienced with all systems and adjust our approach accordingly.
Can you help with pool equipment repairs?
We diagnose common issues (pump failures, chlorinator faults, filter problems) during our visits. For repairs, we either handle them directly or coordinate with specialist pool equipment technicians.
Do you offer a pre-summer pool opening service?
Yes, our spring opening service includes a thorough clean, full chemical balance, equipment check, and filter service to get your pool swim-ready before the warm weather hits.
