Can you clean overnight after an event?
Yes - overnight cleaning is one of our most popular services. Many venues need to be ready by 6 am for the next booking. Our crews start as soon as the last guest leaves and work through the night.
How quickly can you arrive after an event?
For pre-booked events, we're on standby and arrive within 30 minutes of your call. For last-minute bookings, we can usually deploy a team within 2-3 hours.
Do you handle outdoor events?
Yes, we clean outdoor spaces including marquee areas, garden settings, car parks, and pathways. We can also arrange pressure washing for hard surfaces like concrete and pavers.
Can you remove red wine stains from carpet?
In most cases, yes, especially if we treat it within a few hours. We carry professional enzyme-based stain removers that break down wine, coffee, and food stains effectively.
Do you provide bins and waste management during events?
Yes, we can supply additional bins, bin liners, and even a mid-event waste collection service for longer functions. This prevents overflow and makes the post-event clean faster.
What about breakages and damage?
We report and photograph any damage we find during cleaning. We don't repair damage but can coordinate with our handyman team for minor repairs like wall marks, broken fittings, or scratched surfaces.
