Pressure Washing FAQ

Everything you need to know about our pressure washing service in Melbourne. Can't find your answer? Call us directly.

Will pressure washing damage my pavers?
No, we adjust pressure levels for each surface type. Pavers, timber, and stone all get different treatment to clean effectively without damage.
Can you clean timber decking without damaging it?
Yes, we use lower pressure settings and fan nozzles for timber to avoid raising the grain or stripping timber fibres. We recommend oiling or sealing after pressure washing.
How long does residential pressure washing take?
A standard driveway takes 1-2 hours. A full property including driveway, paths, and patio typically takes 3-5 hours depending on total area and condition.
Do you use chemicals or just water?
We use a combination. A pre-treatment with biodegradable cleaning agents loosens embedded dirt, algae, and moss before high-pressure water removes everything. Results are significantly better than water alone.
Will pressure washing remove oil stains?
Most surface oil stains respond well to our industrial degreaser and hot water combination. Very old or deeply penetrated oil stains may lighten significantly but not disappear completely.
How often should driveways be pressure washed?
Most Melbourne driveways benefit from annual pressure washing. Properties with heavy shade or tree coverage may need cleaning every 6 months to prevent algae and moss buildup.
